I went to Kaiser for my chronic sinusitis on Thursday, July 21st. As I'm waiting for my meds to get filled I'm walking around the pharmacy browsing at stuff. Then I come upon the pregnancy tests. "Hrmm.."I thought. I went ahead and bought one, knowing I was supposed to get my period in a few days. On Friday, we were off to San Francisco to visit family. I decided to leave the tests behind thinking, well my period isn't til a few days away.
On Friday, I was feeling really weird. I felt like my chest and throat were burning the whole day. I just shrugged it off. On Saturday, the feeling was still there! I have never ever felt this way before. PLUS, I was craving for a nice juicy burger. =X That afternoon, the fam bam went to walmart and I was able to sneak away and buy 1 Equate pregnancy test. Just to check, cause we were going to Napa for wine tasting the next day!
Sunday morning, I rush to the restroom to do my business. I peed on the stick, took a quick shower, and then checked it. I had to rub my eyes a few times. "Is there a line or not a line?!" I asked myself. I could see a line, but I couldn't believe it. Then I told myself, eh, it's early...but there's a line! I told the hubster about it. I also told my sis in law about my feeling. She told me to get the digital test. So I did once we got home from San Francisco.
We came home Monday (still had that burning feeling!). Tuesday morning I tested with the ones I ClearBlue ones I bought from Kaiser. THERE WAS THE LINE! I ran to the hubby (as he was shaving his face) and said, "I think I AM pregnant!" He gave me a big smile.
Then on the afternoon I tried the digital one. PREGNANT.
